Platform role

Hai L’affaire publishes and organises offers submitted by merchants. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Hai L’affaire is not the seller of the products or services. The merchant remains responsible for price accuracy, availability, quality, delivery, after-sales service, warranties and fulfilment.

Algerian law context

Users and merchants should comply with applicable Algerian law, including rules on consumer protection, fair pricing, misleading advertising, e-commerce, invoicing, regulated products and personal data protection.

Accounts and Tassili ID

Some features may require registration or linking a Tassili ID. You must provide accurate information and keep login details secure. Hai L’affaire may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, spam or unlawful activity.

Acceptable use

• Do not publish false, abusive, illegal, discriminatory or misleading content.
• Do not misuse coupons, automated scraping, ratings, votes, forms or merchant contact details.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, access controls, security checks or coupon reveal rules.

Offer information

Prices, discounts, stock, expiry dates and availability may change. Users should confirm important details with the merchant before purchase or travel. Crossed retail prices and percentage discounts must be based on verifiable information.

Liability

Hai L’affaire will use reasonable care to operate the platform, but is not responsible for merchant stock, final transaction terms, product defects, service failures or offline disputes unless required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes should be communicated clearly on the site.
