Coupon Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026. This Coupon Policy explains how coupon codes, printable vouchers, daily deals and promotional claims should work on Hai L’affaire.

Clear offer terms

Each coupon should show the merchant, title, original retail price where relevant, deal price, percentage discount, expiry date, redemption method, eligible branches, exclusions and stock or capacity limits.

Reference prices

Crossed retail prices must be genuine and supportable. Merchants should be able to explain where the original price came from and must not use an inflated or fictional RRP to create a misleading discount.

Validity

A coupon is valid only during the published period and according to its visible terms. The platform may display expiry states, remove expired offers from active lists and keep expired offers for transparency.

Redemption

Users should reveal, print or present coupons as instructed. Merchants may verify coupon reference numbers, DLF sequences, timestamps or campaign rules before redemption.

No cash value

Unless a merchant explicitly states otherwise, coupons have no cash value, are not transferable for money and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Problems with a coupon

Users can report a coupon that is refused, expired, unavailable, misleading or incorrectly priced. Hai L’affaire may contact the merchant, correct the listing, pause the offer or remove it.
