Content Guidelines

These guidelines help merchants, editors and moderators keep Hai L’affaire trustworthy, useful and visually consistent.

Offer content

• Use a clear title that names the product, service or category.
• Show the real original retail price, deal price, discount percentage and expiry date.
• Explain restrictions, branches, stock limits, booking needs and redemption steps.
• Use the correct language for each page: Arabic, French or English.

Images

• Use original, licensed or merchant-owned images.
• Show the real product, service, venue or offer context.
• Avoid misleading, low-resolution, watermarked or unrelated stock images.

Not allowed

• Fake discounts, inflated RRPs, hidden fees or unavailable products.
• Illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, adult, counterfeit or regulated content without required approvals.
• Personal data, private documents or customer information inside public offer descriptions.

Moderation

Hai L’affaire may edit formatting, request evidence, pause listings or remove content that does not meet these rules.
